This month in November PBS Spindles Ltd recently received a Brevattato ECR 16 Spindles for a complete rebuild.
This spindle machines granite worktops to size and was in need of rebuilding.
The bearings were replaced.
Shaft journals reclaimed.
HSK 63 A shaft taper was reclaimed.
The drawbar complete gripper assembly was damaged and replaced.
The spindle encoder was reset and all proximity sensors were reset.
Spindle was fully test run at maximum speed.
